Tasks and responsibilities
  • identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and market areas where ICT solutions could be applied, with a focus on the employment application - Zaposlise
  • promote the Zaposlise application
  • prepare offers for clients, including specifications of the Zaposlise application or other ICT products and services, prices, delivery terms, deadlines, and other information.
  • establish relationships, communicate, and provide support to clients throughout the sales process
  • monitor the sale of ICT products and services, track the Zaposlise application usage statistics, gather customer needs information, and analyze the competition
  • collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing or product development, to ensure timely and effective sales and customer support
  • increase sales results of ICT products and services for the organization, including the Zaposlise application, using negotiation, sales, and marketing skills
  • monitor market trends in the field of ICT and work on the development of new products or services that meet customer and market needs
  • submit reports on sales, performance, and trends in the sale of ICT products and services
  • ensure customer satisfaction with the products or services the sales representative is selling
  • plan sales, set goals, and define strategies
  • participate in meetings with clients, company management, or other individuals to improve business relationships and achieve company goals
Requirements
  • high school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
  • minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • in-depth knowledge of the product or service you are selling to effectively convey all its advantages and benefits to the customer
  • negotiation skills to achieve the best price and terms for both parties
  • communication skills and active listening to establish a good relationship with clients
  • sales skills to identify customer needs and offer solutions that best meet their requirements
  • marketing skills, as understanding marketing strategies and channels is necessary to create effective campaigns and messages for targeted customers
  • technical knowledge in terms of understanding information technology to present products and services and respond to inquiries
  • use of software tools (CRM) to track sales activities and manage clients
