- Analyze inventory trends and compare them with sales, production, and performance plans
- Plan inventory, create procurement plan proposals, and present them to superiors
- Organize the import of goods and monitor legal regulations for importing goods
- Collect and process quotes for materials and merchandise, and create purchase orders to suppliers based on the "most favorable prices and appropriate quality" system
- Negotiate terms with suppliers (price, delivery, payment) and assess the quality of suppliers
- Control and keep records of ordered but undelivered goods, updating delivery deadlines
- Supervise and control the implementation of agreed procurement terms and related costs
- Update databases of items and wholesale prices (price lists) in the company's business system
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in coordination with department directors
- Communicate with the project manager/site supervisor and regularly verify the accuracy of quantities and types of goods delivered to the construction site
- Coordinate the entire procurement process for each construction site
- Collaborate with other departments in handling complaints
- Prepare data and maintain records necessary for reporting to government authorities (Intrastat, Environmental Protection Fund)
- Continuously monitor domestic and international markets for materials and equipment.
- Participate in inventories
- Perform other tasks as directed by the employer

Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education
- Minimum of one year of experience in procurement of goods
- Desirable knowledge and experience in procuring electrical equipment.
- Ability to analyze and understand problems
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Capability to gather, organize, and interpret basic data
- Time management and routine decision-making skills
- Adaptability to new situations, technologies, and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)
- Previous experience working in ERP systems is an advantage (preferably Odoo)
- Required years of experience: 2 years or more in the same or similar positions
- Language proficiency: English - good knowledge, for communication with partners and suppliers, mostly via email but also verbally.
- Driver's license: B.
