Tasks and responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and maintain the quality management system: Take initiatives for the implementation and improvement of TQM, including monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct internal and external audits: Carry out regular system audits to ensure that processes comply with standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Employee training: Organize employee training on quality principles and promote awareness of the importance of quality in all departments
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze quality performance data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Risk management and problem-solving: Identify quality-related risks and actively address issues to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaboration with departments: Establish collaboration with various departments to integrate quality into all aspects of business
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the employer
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions, with a proven track record in implementing quality management systems
  • Expert knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), including understanding QMS principles and practices, implementing, maintaining, and improving QMS, and relevant standards such as ISO 9001
  • Statistical analysis and quality control, including understanding statistical methods and tools for data analysis in the context of quality control
  • Familiarity with internal and external audit principles, as well as experience in conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards and identify potential issues
  • Leadership skills, people management skills to motivate and guide the team toward achieving quality goals
  • Developed communication skills crucial for collaboration with different departments within the organization, informing employees about changes in the quality system, and negotiating with suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Understanding of business processes within the organization and identification of areas where improvements can be implemented
  • Knowledge of the industry's specificities, including regulations, standards, and challenges specific to that industry
  • Proactive problem-solving, including the ability to quickly identify, analyze, and solve quality-related problems and adopt preventive measures to prevent future difficulties
  • Language proficiency: Excellent English language proficiency in both speech and writing
  • Driver's license: B
