- study and analyze customer needs and prepare an optimal layout of panels for the customer
- create cost estimates for small power plants based on provided data and production analysis for a specific location, specifying the materials and work required for the implementation of a photovoltaic power plant
- prepare offers that include all technical information
- participate in the preparation of technical documentation for public tender procedures
- generate project documentation for photovoltaic power plants in accordance with the cost estimate and contract
- prepare forms required by HEP (Croatian Electric Power Company) for customers to obtain permits for the construction of photovoltaic power plants and documentation for obtaining a permanent operation certificate
- commission power plants, including field visits and parameterization of inverters and other devices
- communicate with customers and provide technical information in response to inquiries related to photovoltaic power plants
- supervise the operation of power plants and, in case of identified faults, rectify them

Tasks and responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
- fundamental understanding of electrical systems, as well as the principles of operation and characteristics of electrical components
- technical knowledge of solar power plants
- experience in installing solar power plants and commissioning them
- proficiency in electrical engineering, electrical installations, systems, and equipment is essential for effectively identifying potential faults and having a complete understanding of the operation of the systems being commissioned
- strong negotiation skills
- analytical skills for gathering, organizing, interpreting, and analyzing data
- ability to identify and solve complex problems
- driver's license category "B."
